The Liroma products all have a one-year warranty against electronic and mechanical defects.
During the warranty period, we at Liroma will repair or replace the product free of charge provided that the defect was not caused by misuse or treatment, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or alterations made by the purchaser.

Step-by-step product warranty

If you want to make a claim under the product warranty, we have drawn up the following step-by-step plan:

1. You inform us by e-mail ( ) about your complaint. If possible, please include photos showing any defects.
You also send a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) as an attachment if you did not purchase the product via our webshop.

2. We will send you an e-mail with our response. Sometimes already with a solution, but usually we ask you to send the complete product to our postal address. The costs for returning the product are for your account, unless the complaint occurs immediately upon receipt of the product. In the latter case, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs (postNL standard rate).

3. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from us by e-mail and we will investigate your complaint. You will receive the result of this investigation (repair or replacement) no later than two weeks after receipt of the product you have returned. Of course we do our best to keep this period as short as possible.
