The Liroma products all have a one-year warranty against electronic and mechanical defects.
During the warranty period, we at Liroma will repair or replace the product free of charge provided that the defect was not caused by misuse or handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or modifications made by the purchaser.

Product warranty step-by-step plan

If you would like to claim the product warranty, we have drawn up the following step-by-step plan:

1. You inform us by e-mail ( ) about your complaint. If possible, please attach photos showing any defects.
You should also send a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice) as an attachment if you did not purchase the product via our webshop.

2. We will send you an email with our response. Sometimes with a solution, but usually we ask you to send the complete product to our postal address. The costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the complaint occurs immediately upon receipt of the product. In the latter case, you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs (standard PostNL rate).

3. You will receive confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail and we will investigate your complaint. You will receive the results of this investigation (repair or replacement) no later than two weeks after receipt of the product you returned. Of course we do our best to keep this period as short as possible.
