Delivery & Returns


We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM on the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this.

Delivery is free for all items within the Netherlands. Delivery to Belgium we charge 6.75 euro shipping costs. Delivery is via PostNL parcel delivery.

Do you place an order on the weekend and the product is in stock? Then we will ship this on Monday.

In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment

Delivery of defective product

You have received your order and you immediately find out that the product is damaged and/or does not function properly and/or has not been delivered completely. We call this “delivery of faulty product” and we believe that requires a quick solution.

The easiest way is to contact us by phone. Sometimes we can fix the defect immediately.

If that is not possible, we ask you to return the product. We will then send you a return label so that you can return the product. After receiving the returned product, we will send a new product.

Return (cooling off period)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

To exercise this right, we ask you to complete the Return Form and return the product. Send the Return Form with the order. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

We would like to receive a message if you have sent the product or, preferably, the track & trace code of the shipment, so that we can track it.
